When you make a purchase, you receive a certain amount of SkyCredits that you can use as time on your SkyComputer.
Here is a breakdown of what you get with specific purchases:
Beginner $14.99 (one time payment) - 3,000 SkyCredits good for 25 hours of gameplay on Gamer performance or 12.5 hours of gameplay on Pro performance. SkyCredits purchased with the Beginner option do not expire as long as you are using at least one SkyCredit every 90 days.
Prestige $29.99 (monthly plan) - 6,000 SkyCredits good for 100 hours of gameplay on Gamer performance or 50 hours of gameplay on Pro performance. SkyCredits purchased with a monthly plan do not rollover and all unused SkyCredits are being deleted whenever your plan ends or renews for the next month.
Prestige+ $299.99 (annual plan) - 86,400 SkyCredits good for 1440 hours of gameplay on Gamer performance or 720 hours of gameplay on Pro performance. SkyCredits purchased with a monthly plan do not rollover and all unused SkyCredits are being deleted whenever your plan ends or renews for the next month.
If you run out of your Monthly SkyCredits you can always purchase more with a simple Add-on purchase.
SkyStorage is the disk space of your SkyComputer stored in the cloud.
You receive 200 GB of SkyStorage with Beginner, 500 GB with Prestige and 750 GB with Prestige+.
With Beginner your SkyStorage is deleted if you don't launch your SkyComputer for 7 days. You will have to create a fresh SkyComputer whenever you log back next time.
On Prestige and Prestige+ your SkyStorage is NOT being deleted as long as your subscription is active.
All of our users have access to Support. However, if you are on Monthly subscription, you get priority support and your inquiries are being answered first.
Manual Data Center Change
This feature is only available to our Monthly subscribers and allows you to switch your data center you are assigned to right from your profile settings. This may come in handy when you travel and another data center becomes the closest one to your current location. Is is best to connect to the closest data center to have as low latency and delay as possible.
One Time Payment users would have to contact our Support for assistance in cases like this.
